The projects
You will work on IT projects in financial services - at insurers, banks and leasing companies. Salesforce rollouts, mobile apps, legacy modernisation, workflow automation. Projects where a BA's work really matters, because processes in the sector are complex and mistakes are expensive.
What you will do
- Requirements discovery through stakeholder workshops, process mapping and gap analysis
- Writing requirements and functional specifications that people can actually read and understand
- Stakeholder management - continuous coordination between business and IT
- Staying involved during implementation - not just until the specification is handed over
- Gap analysis and feasibility assessment before project start
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience on IT projects as a business analyst or systems analyst
- Strong requirements specification skills - you can write something developers and testers both understand
- Stakeholder management experience, including in enterprise environments
- Financial services knowledge (insurance, banking, leasing) - a plus, not a requirement
- Independent working and proactive communication
