László Behán - Managing Director, Co-Founder

I have spent 25 years in IT and business leadership roles in financial services - first on the client side, today as a partner.

I started my career as a financial controller and moved into IT consulting through ERP implementations. At Avon Cosmetics' regional development centre I worked as a business analyst and project manager on IT projects across 15 European countries.

Then came insurance: at Groupama Biztosító I was Head of Development and Data Warehousing, building the in-house IT development department from scratch. At Signal Biztosító I served as CIO for almost eight years - leading a team of 25, reporting directly to the CEO and representing IT at board level.

Before founding FrontX, I was Operations Director and a member of the Board at LeasePlan Hungaria, responsible for the full contract lifecycle, 500+ vendors, insurance results and P&L - alongside IT.

That path - from systems analyst and business analyst to CIO, and from CIO to board-level business leader - shaped the mindset I bring to FrontX: every IT decision is also a business decision. We understand that connection, and we build every project on it.
