What most large organisations will recognise

Your project can't wait for recruitment

A critical IT project doesn't pause because HR needs three months to find the right business analyst or systems analyst. The IT talent market is tight, hiring is slow - and while you search, the deadline gets closer.

There is no time for juniors

On a complex financial system there is no time for training. If someone doesn't know insurance processes, banking compliance or a leasing data model, onboarding takes months - and the project suffers.

You don't know who you'll get

Bringing in an unknown specialist is a risk. Do they really know what they claim? Will they fit the team? Will they understand the context? These questions come up with every external hire - and the wrong choice costs more than the search.

Headcount is a fixed cost - projects are not

Someone hired for a project peak stays on the payroll after the project ends. Growing internal headcount is a long-term commitment, while the need often lasts only a few months.

How we work

Engagement models that fit the need - from one specialist to a full team

We don't send CVs - we propose senior specialists we know personally and have seen at work. The engagement model is defined by the project: flexible time-and-materials capacity, a dedicated specialist for the duration of the project, a full team, or ongoing support after go-live.

Short-term need

Time and materials - flexible capacity

Hourly or daily-rate engagement within an agreed time frame. Ideal when a project is missing one or two senior profiles, or when the required capacity is hard to plan in advance. Fast start - typically within a few weeks.

Dedicated specialist - for the duration of the project

One or more senior specialists allocated to your project for a defined period. They integrate into your team, backed by FrontX's professional support and quality assurance. Ideal for projects of 3-12 months.

3-12 month project

Complex project

Team extension - for complex projects

A multi-disciplinary senior team - for example a BA, SA and QA combination - with every role covered. You manage the team; FrontX provides the expertise and the quality.

Ongoing support and maintenance

On some projects the specialist's work doesn't end at go-live. Under an ongoing support model we provide continued expert presence - with regular availability, on a monthly retainer or a reduced time-and-materials rate. Ideal for financial systems where losing domain knowledge is a risk and the internal team cannot handle every question on its own.

After go-live

Why financial institutions and large enterprises trust us with specialist capacity

We know our specialists - personally

We don't pick from a database. We know every FrontX specialist personally, have seen them at work, and know their strengths and limits. When we propose someone for a project, we can stand behind the quality - because we take responsibility ourselves.

Financial services background - no training needed

Our BAs understand the logic of insurance requirements specifications. Our SAs know what a banking system integration with compliance requirements involves. Our QA engineers have worked on a Salesforce rollout at a large financial institution. This industry knowledge can't be taught quickly - and we bring it to every project.

Selection and onboarding with an executive lens

Our Managing Director has served as CIO and board member, so our selection process is built on a senior IT and business perspective. We assess not just technical skills, but whether a specialist can work effectively in an enterprise context.

Flexible engagement models

Time and materials, a dedicated specialist or team extension - the need and the project define the model, not a pre-packaged offer.

Testing capacity - for mainframe product testing

We provided testing resources for products running in a mainframe environment - a specialist area where the right expertise is hard to find on the market at short notice.

Azure architect, solution architect and systems analyst - for an energy company

We provided a multi-disciplinary team for an energy company: an Azure architect, a solution architect and a systems analyst. Cloud architecture, solution design and systems analysis came from a single source.
