GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf and the rest - what you need to know about cost, security and compliance before your organisation commits.
From mobile apps to B2B portals, from MVP to end-to-end delivery. A senior team with financial services experience - we understand the business context of what we build.

The development project starts - and halfway through it turns out the business meant something different by the core features. Not out of bad intent: the business need was never defined precisely enough. Rework ends up costing more than the original project.
The project drags on. The budget runs out. The developers say the specification changed; the business says this is what it always wanted. The real cause: the development process wasn't structured, and nobody managed change deliberately.
The new software is delivered - and then it turns out it can't talk to the existing core system. The API isn't documented and the data model is incompatible. In financial services this is especially critical.
An insurance product, the lifecycle of a lease contract, the logic of a broker platform - none of this can be handed over in a short briefing. If the development team doesn't know the sector, most of its time goes into translating the business requirement.

For us, development doesn't start with code. First we understand the business process and the existing systems, then we start with the smallest valuable version and build iteratively. Business analysts, developers and testers work in the same team throughout - and after go-live too.
Before kick-off
We uncover the need through stakeholder workshops, process mapping and gap analysis. A specification is complete when a developer can write code from it unambiguously and a tester can derive test cases from it.
First release
When the need has to be validated, we take an MVP approach: we bring the core features to market quickly, collect real feedback and refine the product iteration by iteration. This minimises investment risk.
Development
We build on modern, cloud-ready, microservice-based architectures. The software we deliver scales easily, integrates with existing systems and is maintainable in the long term - protecting the value of your digital investment.
After go-live
Software doesn't exist in isolation - it has to integrate with existing systems. Integration with legacy systems, API development and post-go-live support are all part of what we do.

A customer service mobile app for an insurer is not the same as a generic mobile app. You need to understand insurance process logic, compliance requirements and customer experience considerations before development starts. That is the knowledge we bring.
Not separate teams working one after another. Business analysts, developers and testers work together throughout - shorter development cycles, fewer misunderstandings, higher quality.
Not generic promises, but concrete projects: a mobile app for an investment services firm, a carbon credit registry for a start-up, and quotation and pricing solutions for insurers.
We are not tied to any single technology. The business need, the existing system landscape and scalability requirements determine the architecture.

In a greenfield project we developed a Flutter-based, cross-platform mobile app for an investment services firm. Clients can track their portfolio performance and access customer service features in the app. Authentication is handled by Keycloak; we integrated the system with DÁP, Hungary's national digital identity platform, and with the trading system, and also delivered online account opening.
For an innovative start-up we built a greenfield, full-scope back-office registry application on Java, Spring Boot and Angular. The containerised system runs on AWS and covers the full process of carbon credit issuance, settlement and administrative record-keeping.
Across several projects we delivered end-to-end quotation and product pricing solutions for home, motor and travel insurance products, built on Vue.js and Angular.

When the process is a competitive differentiator, or so specific that the organisation would have to bend around a packaged product, or when deep integration with existing systems is required. If a ready-made product covers most of your processes, it is often the better choice - and we prepare that decision with you during discovery.
Java/Spring Boot and .NET on the back end, Angular for web front ends and Flutter for mobile apps. The choice is driven by the business need, the existing system landscape and your operational capabilities.
We don't hand over and disappear. Under a support and enhancement arrangement, the development team stays with the system, so bug fixes and new requirements don't start from scratch.
